Stefan and Frank provide a wonderful dining experience at the Coll De Rates restaurant with views which are unrivalled across the Jalon Valley and as far as Oliva and Ibiza on a clear day. A truly great international menu is offered at each of their restaurants to suit all tastes and at very reasonable prices. The homemade apple strudel is a must, so leave some space for it.

Located on the Paseo in Oliva, opposite the BBVA bank you'll get a warm welcome at Magnums from Paul and Christie. It is a great bar open 7 days a week. Upstairs is Magnolias - great for meal (open Mon - Sat, 10am - 4pm). Do check out their website as they have regular live music going on.
Marcus runs a great bar on the Los Llanos Campsite near to the Auto Cine in El Verger - on the Denia to Oliva coast road. Come and enjoy a fabulous night there and just relax under the stars.

Jill and Peter have a wonderful restaurant in the middle of Jalon, with a fabulous menu. The 3 course menu del dia is superb quality and value, and all home made. Boomerang Steakhouse, Calpe.
Gus, Carol and John make the Boomerang a great meal out. Steaks which just melt in your mouth, and a tiramisu which is beyond heaven!! Very good value and worth a trip to Calpe for!
Christophe and the whole team there provide the most fantastic food, and a simply wonderful atmosphere.
